Terms and Conditions

• Delivery / Pick-up period is from August 6, 2012 to September 4, 2012
• SEND VOUCHER (whether for delivery or for pick-up) to support@gupo.com.ph along with your PREFERRED SIZE.

• To purchase for pick-up, select "[PICK-UP] - SocialMedia Inc - 3F Gupo Building" as your "Redeem At" on the Checkout Page.
• Reservation Required.
• For Reservations, please send your voucher to support@gupo.com.ph as soon as you receive it, and not further than the Saturday following the day of your purchase.
• After compliance, items will be available for pick-up between Monday and Friday following the week of your purchase.
• No Follow-Up shall come from Gupo regarding orders.
• Failure to reserve before the end of the promotion, or redemption period as may be stated by the promotion's specific Terms and Conditions, will render a voucher void.

• To purchase for pick-up, select "[DELIVERY] - Metro Manila Only" as your "Redeem At" on the Checkout Page.
• No Reservation Required.
• All approved purchases before 12:00PM (Philippine Standard Time, GMT+08:00) of Wednesday of each week shall be shipped out between Monday and Friday the following week.
• The delivery address will be the address the customer registered with gupo upon completing their order at the checkout page. To edit your address, click here (link).
• No Follow-Up shall come from Gupo regarding orders. Gupo will ship out all items purchased between the specified period.
• Depending on the promotion's specific Terms and Conditions, Deliveries may incur a minimal delivery charge, payable upon delivery.
• Defective products shall be replaced upon investigation.
• Any defective products received shall be reported by the customer to SocialMedia Inc. / Gupo within 168 hours (7 days) after the item has been signed received from the courier company. Failure to do so will forfeit the returns and replacements policy governing the product, as may be specified in its specific terms and conditions.
• Continuing and finalizing a purchase order means that the customer agrees with the above terms and conditions, and any other terms and conditions governing the promotion.
• No cashback or credit for any unused amount.
