After numerous attempts to create the perfect chocolate truffle, M3 Confections was born.
Mary Bernadette Tan, lover of all things food, and a graduate of the Center for Culinary Arts, eventually perfected her original chocolate truffles in 2008 which has easily become a favorite since. She personally prepares the truffles in her kitchen at home in Quezon City, from start to finish.
With the support of her family, M3 Confections continues to grow. New recipes are constantly being considered and created, including new truffle variants and other pastries.
