Book & Buy policy. First come, first serve basis.
Please fill out registration form (http://travelfactor.org/TF-REGFORM.xls) to reserve and send to tours@travelfactor.org. Please put “PHOTOHOLIC Ilocos – Registration (date of travel)” as subject.
No regform. No reservation.
Registration should be made at least two (2) weeks before preferred date of departure. Failure to send registration before the said date will not be accepted on preferred date of travel.
Non-refundable but transferable and may be given as gift to other person. Travel Factor must be notified asap or at least 5 days before the said trip. In this case, the “proxy” must fill-out and submit registration form.
Should you decide to cancel your reservation, cancellations made more than five (5) working days before the schedule of booked trip, payments will no longer be subject for refund and will be automatically converted into Travel Factor (TF) credit.
For cancellations made four (4) working days or less before the schedule of a trip, no refunds and no TF credits will be issued. Participant has the option to transfer slot and payment to his/her proxy.
If Cancellation is done by Travel Factor due to weather issues or fortuitous events, you may rebook your schedule without any extra cost or convert payments into TF credit.
One (1) voucher is valid for one (1) person only
Price is inclusive of all surcharges & VAT.
All paid transactions are non-refundable.
Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with senior citizen card and other promotions.
All vouchers are not convertible into cash.
All vouchers issued are for one time use only.
Vouchers can be used on the date of coverage only.
