SocialMedia Incorporated through Gupo collects users' personal information for registering users to Gupo's membership and electonic mailing list to inform members of new Deals and Promotional Events, for processing and confirming purchases' payment details when the Deal is completed, and for contacting the user for feedback, concerns or other customer services that affect the operations of Gupo or SocialMedia Inc.

The Deal is completed when the Deal's stated time period has elapsed.

SocialMedia Inc. will not share their members' personal information with businesses, unless the member gives explicit permission to share their information. In the event that a member's correct and accurate personal information is not provided during the registration, the deal purchase will not be processed. Members are responsible for ensuring that their details remain current, accurate, and legally certified.

Except as outlined above, SocialMedia Inc. will not disclose their members' personal information to any third party unless explicit permission is given by the user, or it is required by law or any such legal office to protect the interest of SocialMedia Inc.

Members have the right to access anytime and correct any personal information held by SocialMedia Inc.
